[Case Study] Screw and Small Parts Inspection Equipment

Various shapes of screw inspections are now possible! A case where 24-hour operation and simultaneous packaging of multiple types of parts have been achieved.

We would like to introduce a case where automatic parts supply in the "Screw and Small Parts Inspection Device" has achieved 24-hour operation. To accommodate hollow sets and cut bolts that are difficult to transport due to the absence of a head, we developed a robotic image recognition inspection machine that places screws on a flat pallet and identifies them.
